RETURN AND EXCHANGE.
COVID-19 SHIPPING POLICY
Policy at the time of Discounts and promotions (THIS POLICY IS FOR REGULAR HOLIDAY DISCOUNTS AND NOT APPLICABLE AT THE TIME OF COVID 19, PLEASE READ ABOVE WRITTEN POLICIES IN TIMES WHEN COVID 19 IS PREVALENT.)
- We try our level best to fulfill orders at the earliest however because of the holiday rush please allow us to dispatch your goods within 1 to 10 days from the date of order (excluding sundays or public holidays).
- Products bought on discount, special promotion or coupon or with personalisation can not be exchanged or refunded and are considered final sales.
- Your product is entitled to lifetime free repairs and all other warranties we offer even if you have bought the goods at the time of discounts or promotions.
- Free Shipping on purchase of goods worth Rs.1000 or more across India.
- Goods are usually delivered within 4 - 12 days on an average. (Dispatched in 2-8 working days and shipping time 2-7 days + or - 2 days). (There could be slight delays in shipping due to Covid and limited man power)
- Free Lifetime repairs. (Both side shipping is to be paid by the customer. Goods will only be eligible for repairs in case goods are not damaged due to water, moisture, storage for a long time in damp area or due to mishandling by customer.)
- Update within 10 days of receiving the product in case of exchange or returns. (Only applicable in case where there is no personalisation on goods, goods were not bought under any discounts, coupon code or gifts.)
- We do not accept cancellation on goods with personalisation as we immediately start processing the goods and there is a good chance we have already embossed your initials on a product within few hours of placing the order.
- Goods should be in unused condition with all packing, dust bags and tags to be eligible for exchange or a refund. (It is at our discretion to reject a return if it seems in a used condition, scratched, spoiled or not fit for reselling.)
- Customised or Personalised products cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances and are considered final sale.
- Goods bought during an ongoing sale, discount, promotion or a free gift etc are not eligible for exchange or returns and are considered as final sales.
- All disputes subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only.
Policy for non discounted products.
- We really hope that this never happens but in such an event where you need to return one of our products we will gladly refund the amount if the goods are returned in new condition and along with all tags and original packing within 10 days of receiving the product. Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
- If product is damaged/ used or soiled it will not be possible for us to accept those products as returns and will be sent back to customer.
- If product is of wrong color or size for you or you want to buy something else from the shop in place of product you received we will gladly exchange the product within 15 days from date of purchase of the product which is to be exchanged. Customer shall be responsible for return shipping of product to be exchanged and shipping for the new product.
- Exchange is allowed only once. If a product is exchanged for some other product from the shop then it will not be possible for us to exchange it again or to make a refund if product is already exchanged.
- Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return.
- Custom/ Personalised / modified products cannot be exchanged or returned as they are not our offering as stock products and personalized only for you and hence are not resalable.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
ORDER & SHIPPING PROCESS
- As soon you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Orders are dispatched from our workshop within 2-8 working days.
- As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order on our shipping agents sites.
- For domestic shipments, please allow 3-5 working days from dispatch for your goods to arrive.
- For shipments, please allow 3-15 working days from dispatch for your goods to arrive.
- In case of International deliveries different countries have different regulations and may charge some custom duties on products. So kindly contact your custom office to ask for any such charges as it will be borne by customers only.
CANCELLATION (only for non discounted items and non personalised items)
After having placed their order, customers may cancel their order within 24 Hours of placing the order. We do not accept any cancellation on orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse. (Not applicable for personalised, customised or discounted products.)
